You can redeem your Jos Alukkas Digi Gold balance, which is converted to its value based on the current MMTC Sell rate ("Redemption Value"), to make payments for your selected jewellery. The final price of the jewellery will depend on the gold rate listed on the Jos Alukkas website, and additional charges like making charges will be extra ("Purchase Value"). If the Purchase Value exceeds the Redemption Value, you will need to pay the difference.

Steps to Follow:

1. Sign in to your Jos Alukkas Online Website. Please ensure you sign in using the same phone number registered with your Jos Alukkas Digi Gold account.
2. Browse through the product list that appears.
3. Add your chosen product to the cart and proceed with checkout. 
4. Fill in your billing and delivery information on the checkout page.
5. Then on the payment page, select the "Digital Gold Wallet" option.
